The Bible Museum in Münster digitized a number of important historical editions of the Bible from Erasmus’s first edition to the Luther Bible. Other important figures include Estienne, Bengel, Wettstein, Griesbach, and Nestle. Here is the full list with downloadable PDFs. Press release is here.
