Ancient Syriac Bible discovered in Cypriot raid?

Turkish biblical authorities (well actually they are police) testify that "they believe the manuscript could be about 2,000 years old." This manuscript appears to be not-that-ancient according to Peter Williams and J F Coakley. The Reuters article may be accessed here.
