Does anyone know if the Sinaiticus or the Vaticanus are available in NT Greek format as the NA or UBS GNTs, but without an apparatus I suspect?

Anon1,
I don't know if it is illegal, but you can copy screen on your computer on the Sinaiticus ms out at the project and make your own, but you will need a lot of patience.

Each of Reuben Swanson's New Testament Greek Manuscripts: Variant Readings Arranged in Horizontal Lines Against Codex Vaticanus (Matthew through Galatians) has the complete text of Codex Vaticanus as the base line of that text as well all the complete text of each of the manuscripts covered in each volume.
