In regard to the Evangelical Theological Society, note that Reclaiming the Mind Ministries and the ETS have made available hundreds of papers from the past years here. And there is a category, Textual Criticism/Bible Translations with 19 items to look at.
Thanks for the link. Unfortunately not many of the 19 items appear to be to do with TC. Bible Translation is better represented. But I discovered there is also a paper on John 3:13 that is filed in the New Testament Category but not in the TC category, where the author discusses the text at some length before going on to the interpretation.
